BTT Canada fighters prepare for action at both Absolute Fighting Canada and XMMA. Due to the refusal of the Quebec government to approve the fighting licence for 2 BTT Canada fighters, only Serge Tufegdzic will be making the trip out to Amherst, Nova Scotia for the 3rd installment of Absolute Fighting Canada on May 9th. New regulations and a new leadership at the Regie des Alcools, des Courses et des Jeux du Quebec have created some confusion as to what is necessary in acquiring a fighting license. Ever since the StrikeBox incident which led to the scare of a UFC cancellation, MMA regulations in Quebec have been confusing at best. Lets hope that things become a little bit clearer in the next couple months. On May 16th, BTT Canada fighters Steve Bosse and Eugenio Carpine will be competing in Jonquiere, QC at XMMA 8. This will be the debut for both fighters in the XMMA organization. For Steve Bosse, this promises to be a warm welcome as he recently played hockey for the local team in Jonquiere. He will be facing Yan Pichette.
