Ft multi-disciplinary facility set in the heart of Montreal at 429 Mayor Street - right near Place Des Arts metro, just above St-Cathrine. View Map to our location We have 1000 sq.ft. of mat space, heavy bags, mirrors, light weights, and a variety of other equipment to help with your training requirements. Most of our programs are unique to Montreal and represent a cross section of some of the most sought after martial arts being practiced today.
